Bruce & Maggie Barr

Bruce and Maggie are retired teachers and long time members of both
the Port Washington Garden Club and the Greater Milwaukee Rose Society.
They have grown more than 300 roses at their Port Washington home and are
judges for the American Rose Society. When not tending their gardens Bruce
enjoys judging, exhibiting, designing with roses, and leading seminars on
design. In addition to exhibiting and judging roses, Maggie coaches
“Seniors” on technology. The Barrs have spoken at many conferences, garden
clubs and community events on various gardening topics. Over the course of
researching their speaker’s topics, both Maggie & Bruce have explored the
internet and world of apps looking for reliable information.
